Load Management

Load Management sits at the core of PIVOT’s functionality. Every load entering or leaving your site is logged with complete detail, including material type, source, destination, charges, and associated compliance data.

Operators can quickly and accurately record load information, while optional integrations with weighbridges and cameras ensure automatic capture of verified data. The system also provides full flexibility in how you set up your waste categories, materials, and quantity types — whether measured by weight, volume, or individual units — ensuring it fits seamlessly with your operational requirements.

Users can also request edits to loads once completed, providing controlled flexibility when adjustments are needed. Customisable additional features allow you to embed requirements such as certificates or transport documents, which can be set to appear only for specific waste type combinations.

Much of the process can be streamlined with pre-filled data — for example, entering a vehicle registration can automatically populate the customer details and tare weight of the vehicle.

For receipting, you can choose to email, SMS, or print receipts on the spot, giving operators and administrators high-level control.

Historical load data can be searched and analysed to identify trends, optimise workflows, and respond quickly to customer or regulator enquiries.
